The Field Museum Shop stands behind the quality of our unique collections; if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns of non-clearance items within 30 days of delivery. All returned items must be in their original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact to qualify for a full refund.

Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring fragile museum replicas are well-padded, and include a copy of your original packing slip.
Ship the Item
Affix the provided shipping label or use a trackable shipping service to send your package back to our Chicago fulfillment center.
Receive Your Refund
